These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website only. All portrait and wedding services are governed by a separate written contract that must be signed prior to booking.

All images, graphics, text, branding, layout, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Mary Eleanor Photography and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

Strict Prohibitions
You may not, under any circumstances:

Download, screenshot, copy, reproduce, or save any images or content

Alter, edit, manipulate, or modify any images or content

Use any images or content for commercial, personal, or editorial purposes

Upload any images or content to AI platforms, machine‑learning systems, or generative tools

Use any images or content to train, develop, or enhance artificial intelligence models

Create derivative works using AI or any other technology

Remove watermarks or copyright notices

Claim ownership or authorship of any images or content

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Sharing Images

4. Booking & Inquiry Submission
All inquiries must be submitted through the embedded Use Session inquiry form. Messages received through email or social media are redirected to this form for proper processing.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or booking.
A signed contract is required for every portrait session or wedding booking.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Square, either via Use Session or Square invoices.

We do not store or access your credit card information.

Square’s payment processing terms apply to all transactions.

Payment security is governed by Square’s policies.

6. Fees, Refunds & Digital Products
Non‑Refundable Fees
All session reservation fees (Creative Fees / Commission Fees) are non‑refundable.

Digital Images & Artwork
Due to the custom and digital nature of photographic products:

Digital images are non‑refundable

Artwork is non‑refundable

All sales are final

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling policies are governed exclusively by your signed portrait or wedding contract.

7. Weather & Rescheduling
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at the Photographer’s discretion.

Severe weather that poses a risk to the Photographer, client, or equipment may require rescheduling.
Rescheduled dates are subject to Photographer availability.

Weather‑related policies for portrait sessions and weddings are governed by your signed contract.

8. Third‑Party Services
This website uses third‑party services including:

Use Session (inquiry form, scheduling, client data storage)

Flodesk (email newsletter signup and storage)

Google Analytics (website analytics)

Meta Pixel (advertising analytics)

These services may collect data such as names, emails, IP addresses, and usage behavior.
Your use of this website constitutes consent to such data collection.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling practices of third‑party platforms.
